How Tariffs Will Impact Businesses This Holiday Season

We expect most retail holiday items to be more expensive this year as the result of normal inflation, which is now running at 3%, as well as increased tariffs, including the elimination of the de minimus tariff rule. Tariffs will most likely impact retail items imported from China or other Asian countries which have traditionally manufactured many of the toys, clothes, and household items that we purchase. These countries also bear some of the highest tariff rates imposed this year. Read more about what this holiday season could hold.

USPS Recommends New Competitive Prices for 2026

The Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) for Shipping Services price changes to take effect Jan. 18, 2026. The proposed adjustments were approved by the governors of USPS. A look at the new prices.
