Following extensive planning and live testing, we launched Century to create a stronger and more scalable foundation for our operations. During implementation, we experienced temporary disruptions related to database stability in the new platform environment, which affected shipment visibility and communication across portions of our network. We understand the importance of timely and accurate information to your business operations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
