BRQ & LSC Surcharges – Imports from Asia to the USA & Canada for MSC Shipping Lines
Please be advised that Willson International will apply a BRQ (Bunker Recovery Charge) and LSC (Low Sulphur Fuel Contribution) on shipments moving from Asia to the USA and Canada for MSC Shipping Lines.
The Q3 BRQ rates outlined below will be in effect from July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 for cargo originating in Asia and destined for the USA and Canada:
