Carrier Network Update: Standard Forwarding Freight
Standard Forwarding Freight has announced that it is no longer scheduling new pickups and is ceasing operations. At this time, there is no additional information published on the carrier’s website. A recorded message on the company’s main phone line states that they are no longer scheduling pickups and advises customers to email customer service regarding shipments already in progress.
As a result, Standard Forwarding has been inactivated within the SAN TMS to prevent disruption to new shipments.
This change applies only to new bookings. SAN is actively monitoring the situation and working to confirm the status of any freight that may already be in transit so accurate updates can be communicated as information becomes available.
In the meantime, our team is ensuring that alternate carrier options remain available so shipments can continue moving without interruption. Current customers who relied on Standard Forwarding for specific lanes are encouraged to contact SAN. We can perform an impact analysis to identify replacement carrier options and outline any potential service or cost impacts related to this disruption.
