Carrier Network Update: STG Logistics / Frontline Freight
We wanted to provide an update regarding STG Logistics and Frontline Freight.
STG Logistics recently announced a strategic financial restructuring process designed to strengthen its balance sheet, significantly reduce debt obligations, and support long-term growth. As part of this process, STG and certain affiliates initiated a prearranged Chapter 11 restructuring while continuing to operate in the ordinary course of business.
Following this announcement, Source Alliance Network has confirmed that STG / Frontline has resumed operations and is currently operating as normal, with freight moving across their network.
