SONAR Key Market Insights: Raleigh, North Carolina
|
Capacity is loosening, but still tight in Raleigh as outbound tender rejections drop 2.1% week over week to 11.2%.
Outbound tender volumes are up 5.03% week over week, which is contributing to the tight capacity in the market.
Rejection rates are almost double the national average in Raleigh, but should the OTRI maintain its downward trend, there should be some relief to any elevated spot rates and shippers looking for stronger contract carrier compliance.

“While the country sleeps, truckers grind through the night to help keep shelves stocked, families fed, and businesses humming. It’s a job that requires grit and dedication. But for too long Washington, DC has made work harder for truckers. That ends today. Thanks to President Trump, we’re getting Washington out of your trucks and your business.”
