Low tide for Savannah tender rejection rates

Outbound tender rejection rates from Savannah went out with the tide, falling 328 basis points in the past week from 9.96% on Sept. 22 to 6.68%.
Savannah outbound tender volumes also fell, but remain elevated compared with last month. OTVI.SAV fell 19.73% week-over-week but is up 9.49% month-over-month.
The Savannah market, home to ports, railheads, and surrounding warehousing that supports them, remains dominated by outbound freight. Out of 135 Key Market Areas, Savannah ranks 36th in outbound volumes and 62nd in inbound volumes.
