A Message from Polaris CEO, Dave Cox
As we celebrate this holiday season, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your ongoing support. This year brought a very different economic landscape, yet we continued to move forward stronger than ever.
2025 was another year of innovation and service excellence as we work toward our mission of elevating the cross-border shipping experience. Our team’s dedication proudly earned us several industry recognitions – with our top 2025 awards being the Mastio Award for LTL, Top 100 Biggest For-Hire Carrier as well as Carrier of Choice for the 18th year in a row, making us the longest-standing LTL provider to hold this title!
As a reflection of our inclusive, welcoming workplace environment, we were grateful to receive our 8th consecutive Top Fleet Employer of Distinction and the Achievement of Excellence for Employee Engagement from Trucking HR Canada. We are so proud to have a strong, united Polaris family where everyone is treated with kindness and respect while being supported in their success.
This year, Polaris made meaningful progress on our environmental journey, from tree-planting programs and energy-efficient facility upgrades to alternative fuel testing. To hold ourselves accountable and provide transparency to clients, partners and industry members, we published our first Sustainability Report, demonstrating our commitment to creating a better tomorrow for future generations. Our exemplary initiatives centered around our work, team, planet, community and partners gained us new honours including the G75 Sustainability Award and Community Impact Award – titles that hold great importance to our organization.
We also made significant strides enhancing our LTL coverage throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and Texas – delivering faster, more reliable transit times to our customers. Our dynamic pricing initiatives have been highly successful, creating more flexible and competitive solutions while strengthening long-term partnerships. These achievements would not have been possible without the incredible dedication of everyone who helped bring these expansions and programs to life. In 2026, we aim to keep pushing forward to bring you even more value and make doing business with Polaris easier than ever.
Our focus on community impact grew stronger in 2025. Throughout the year, we transformed company-wide celebrations into opportunities to bring awareness and donate to important causes. From employee volunteerism, holiday bake sales and fundraisers to clothing, food and household item drives with local partners, everyone stepped up to give back to our communities. We are proud to share our collected efforts across our company helped us raise an incredible $18,000!
In partnership with the Daily Bread Food Bank, our Community Care Unit (CCU) had a busy year of transporting essential goods and food items from local grocery stores and schools to food banks and shelters across the Greater Toronto Area. This year, we delivered over 10,000lbs of donations to families in need with more CCU runs planned for the holidays!
As we reflect on what we are most thankful for, we are reminded of our responsibility to support those facing difficult times. In lieu of holiday gifts, we are donating to the following organizations:
- United Way GTA
- Make-A-Wish Foundation
- Food Banks Mississauga
- No Kid Hungry (USA)
- Food4Kids
Thank you for your kindness, compassion and loyalty to Polaris. Your support makes a real difference.
We wish you and your loved ones a safe, peaceful holiday season and look forward to a healthy and prosperous 2026 together.
Sincerely,
Dave Cox
