Aloha HFS Customers:

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, Honolulu Freight Service and our Neighbor Island agents’ offices will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Holiday.

Montebello Terminal – Cut-Off time for dry, chill, and frozen cargo is Thursday, July 2nd by 2:00 p.m. for the Saturday, July 4th sailing. 

San Leandro Terminal – no change to receiving cut off times

Tacoma Terminal – Cut-Off time for cargo is Wednesday, July 1st by 3:30 p.m. Steel cargo must be received by 12:00 p.m.

Portland Terminal – Cut-Off time for cargo is Tuesday, June 30th by 3:30 p.m.

Honolulu Terminal

Freight going to Hilo will need to be delivered no later than Wednesday, July 1st. Receiving hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Freight going to Kona, Maui, and Kauai will need to be delivered no later than Thursday, July 2nd. Receiving hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
