To keep raising the bar on customer service at Oak Harbor Freight Lines we’re excited to launch a new customer experience, an email ticketing system. Going live on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, this upgrade introduces clear service level expectations that will help us respond faster, follow through more consistently, and continue delivering the exceptional experience you’ve come to expect as a valued customer.

 

You may notice a fresh look to our emails, but you’ll still be connected directly with OHFL’s West coast, Customer Experience Team every step of the way.
