Winter weather has created challenging conditions across Ontario and Quebec over the last 48 hours. Very treacherous road conditions on Highway 401 through eastern Ontario caused temporary closures and significant delays overnight.
Service disruptions can be expected in Quebec which is continuing to be impacted by this weather system, and with traffic moving between Ontario and Quebec.
