Dear Customer,
We are aware of the U.S. Supreme Court’s February 20, 2026, decision invalidating certain tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
At this time, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has not yet issued formal operational guidance or updated its entry processing systems to reflect the ruling. As a result, current CBP programming and entry procedures may not yet fully align with the decision, and importers should continue complying with CBP requirements until official implementation guidance is provided.
We are actively monitoring CBP communications and working closely with our Customs Services teams to ensure continued compliance while minimizing disruption to customer cargo.
We will provide further updates as CBP issues formal guidance.
Customers with questions regarding specific shipments, entries, or tariff exposure are encouraged to contact Maersk Customs Services at: compliance.mcsi.nam@maersk.com
