Willson International Announces Agreement to be Acquired by Mullen Group Ltd.

Willson International has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Mullen Group Ltd., one of Canada’s largest transportation and logistics organizations. The transaction is expected to become effective on November 2, 2026.

Founded in 1918, Willson has built a trusted reputation as a leader in customs brokerage and international trade solutions. For more than a century, we have helped businesses navigate the complexities of global trade through deep expertise, innovative solutions, and exceptional service across Canada and the United States.

Upon completion of the transaction, Willson will become the 45th independently operated business within the Mullen Group. The partnership brings together two organizations that share a commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
