- No overall significant issues to report
Pacific Southwest
Long Beach – Open M-Thurs 1st and 2nd shift. Open Friday 1st shift 2nd shift TBD; Sat TBD and Closed on Sunday.
Los Angeles – Mon-Fri 1st and 2nd shift; Mon and Tues Hoot shift. Sat open 1st and 2nd and Sun 1st shift only.
Oakland – No significant truck issues to report.

- Santa Teresa UP: Chassis supply is tight due to significant increase in import volumes across the area and being monitored to ensure import containers are mounted to chassis instead of grounded. Please support by returning empties timely to replenish chassis supply.

- Network remains fluid. There is a high ground count at Logistics Park Chicago, but export pre-rail dwell is being managed well with average pre-rail dwell sitting at 2 days.

Congestion at CN Harvey ramp for exports moving to Prince Rupert due to high export volumes versus import flows. CN is moving exports as quickly as possible to keep up with demand.
CPKC
Network remains fluid.
FEC
Network remains fluid
NS
Network remains fluid.
CSX
Network remains fluid.
Please be reminded that effective November 10th, CSX shifted their service between Newark and Kansas City to route to/from Kansas City, KS instead of Kansas City, MO.
