Fuel Related Surcharge Increase – Hawaii / Guam / Micronesia

Aloha HFS & GFS Customers:

Since the outbreak of the war with Iran on February 28, 2026, steamship lines have been closely monitoring fuel prices. The carriers announced another Fuel Related Surcharge increase to take effect on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

The Fuel Related Surcharge for Hawaii service will increase from 28.0% to 31.5%, and from 29.0% to 32.5% for Guam. Effective Sunday, July 12, 2026, the surcharge for Micronesia will increase from 31.0% to 34.5%.

This fuel surcharge adjustment is a direct pass-through from the steamship lines.

Honolulu Freight Service and Guam Freight Service will continue to monitor the steamship lines fuel surcharges and adjust accordingly.
