Fuel Related Surcharge Reduction – Hawaii / Guam / Micronesia

Aloha HFS & GFS Customers:

As a result of a decline in fuel prices, the steamship lines serving Hawaii, Guam, and Micronesia will decrease their fuel related surcharge effective Sunday, September 14, 2025.

The surcharge for Hawaii service will be reduced from 18.0% to 16.5%; for Guam/CNMI service it will be reduced from 19.0% to 17.5%; and for Micronesia service from 20.0% to 19.5%. This fuel adjustment is a direct pass through from the steamship lines.

Honolulu Freight Service and Guam Freight Service will continue to monitor the steamship lines fuel surcharges and adjust accordingly.
