Seattle has been a market that has seen strong consistency for the majority of the year, aside from holiday spikes.
The month started with rejections under 4% and has slowly increased to 5.91% right in line with the national average of 6.03%. Week-over-week outbound tender rejections remained stable with less than 1% change.
The increasing outbound tender rejections should be creating a slow capacity crunch in the area, but due to the falling outbound tender volumes, dropping 8.10% w/w spot rates and capacity constraints haven’t been significantly felt.
