A lot of companies take a paper process and put it on a screen.
The process is still the same. It’s just digital.
The same handoffs. The same delays. The same information getting stuck between departments. The same customer waiting for an answer.
Technology can make an old process look newer, but doesn’t automatically make it better.
The bigger opportunity is redesigning the process itself.
That’s where we’ve spent a lot of our time.
Not asking, "How do we digitize the way freight has always worked?"
But instead asking, "If we were starting this today, how should it work?"
And then building around that.
