Hi SAN Clients,
Service Advisory: AAA Cooper Temporary Rerouting in Select States
We want to make you aware of a temporary routing adjustment affecting AAA Cooper Transportation. AAA Cooper has proactively notified SAN that several of their service centers are currently operating at elevated freight volumes. Their leadership team is actively staffing up across the impacted markets – adding drivers, dock workers, administrative staff, and supervisors – to return service levels to normal as quickly as possible.
What SAN Is Doing
To protect your service experience while AAA Cooper works through this, we are temporarily pausing AAA Cooper as a routing option for shipments moving to or from the following states:
| Affected States | ||
| California | Colorado | Florida |
| Illinois | Indiana | Kansas |
| Michigan | Minnesota | Missouri |
| Ohio | Oklahoma | Texas |
| Utah | Wisconsin | Wyoming |
What This Means for Your Shipments
- Shipments to or from these states that have not shipped with AAA Cooper yet will be routed through alternative LTL carriers in our network. No action is needed on your end.
- ONESOURCE will automatically surface the best available carrier options for these lanes. You will continue to see a strong set of alternatives in every affected market.
- Shipments in markets not listed above can continue to move on AAA Cooper as normal.
When AAA Cooper Will Be Reactivated
As soon as AAA Cooper confirms that operational capacity has been fully restored, we will re-enable them across these states and send a follow-up note so you know coverage is back to normal.
Questions or Need Help Routing?
