Los Angeles/Long Beach network remains fluid. We do expect potential elevated dwell this week and next due to railcar imbalance coming out of blank sailings, which we are managing with our railroad providers. If you have extremely urgent containers, please explore the opportunity to use our Rail HotBox program through Pier 400, which prioritizes cargo on the first train post-discharge. 

U.S. East Coast 

While network remains fluid, we are seeing some lingering congestion in the Newark area due to winter weather, which is contributing to slightly elevated average rail dwells. 

Canada 

Impact from intermittent reduced train lengths and velocity continue to impact the Canadian network when necessary due to winter temperatures and high winds, causing delays. 

Prince Rupert is seeing congestion due to winter weather. We continue to work with the terminal to prioritize FIFO loading, but we are seeing some older cargo loading out of order, which is consistently reviewed to ensure prioritization.
