Also be advised we are still experiencing heavy rail congestion at all terminals including the BNSF rail ramps due to heavy volumes and not enough rail cars to support the demand. It’s starting to get better but we still have a few delays. We are still prioritizing the containers in the following order: Military – Reefers -Highest Dwell
Oakland – No significant truck issues to report. OICT Closed on 28th NOV both shift for thanks giving and works 1st Shift on 29th (friday)

- Chassis supply remains fluid. We may see some tightness in supply across weeks 51 and 52 as increased rail import volumes hit inland markets. We are monitoring flows and will communicate any issues as they arise.

Rail
- BNSF
Network remains fluid. Due to high import volumes across weeks 50 and 51, as well as upcoming holidays, there is a risk of elevated import dwell in Los Angeles terminals. We are working closely with the terminals and BNSF on contingency options and plans to keep December dwells as low as possible.

CN
Network remains fluid. Due to winter weather reducing train lengths and speeds, there is a risk of elevated import dwell in Prince Rupert. We are seeing elevated pre-rail dwells in Regina due to crane operations and CN is working through backlog as quickly as possible focusing on longest dwells.
