XPO Paperless Delivery:  Live today August 25

XPO is transitioning from paper delivery receipts to digital delivery receipts on Monday, 8/25 to make the shipping experience faster, cleaner and more efficient.

• The paper delivery receipts used today will be replaced with a digital delivery receipt, signed by the customer via the handheld.
• All shipments will transition to paperless delivery receipts except for the following:
• Hazmat
• Driver collect
• Spot load
• Cartage

Customers can share and access delivery receipts through several convenient options:

• At delivery, the consignee can ask the driver to text or email the receipt.
• After delivery, they can log in to the Customer Portal and retrieve/print the receipt at any time.
• EDI: customers who are set up for EDI 214 notifications are already receiving electronic delivery receipts and will not experience a disruption to their current processes.
