The 3PL industry is single-handedly coming out on top when it comes to bidding and acquiring new warehousing space. According to the commercial real estate firm CBRE, 3PLs accounted for more signed leases of 1-million-square-foot-plus properties than any other industrial vertical during the first half of this year. What a casual flex. Is it because peak season is aa month away or is it a long term play? Guess we will have to wait and see.
