Seriously good service! And I am talking both the actual shipping solutions, and the customer service, attention to detail, care and support from the Flavorcloud team. Since we onboarded almost a year ago, I’ve been able to direct every single question to a single person, Ryan. They don’t hand you off to some overseas support-line with two days response time or ask you to talk to a chatbot. Ryan genuinely answers any questions or concern we might have usually within minutes. A few hours, max. Not days or weeks.
And they take our very specific questions and problems we run into seriously. This says a lot about the actual company, that they let customer support issues reach all the way to the top, and the developers.
Just today I found some functionality we would find useful in our company, I let Ryan know, he spoke to the CEO, and the development is now in the pipeline.
We would not trust anyone other than the Flavorcloud team with us-based international shipping.
