US to Canada/Cross Border Due to a temporary CBSA system outage that started on July 23 affecting EDI processing and eManifest portal messages, we’re experiencing delays on Northbound shipments. As per the latest CBSA communication received on July 25 at 8 AM EST, they “are working diligently to resolve the delays. Investigation is still underway and there is no estimated time of resolution.” CBSA is directing shippers to their standard Contingency Procedures.
