As of this update, the outage remains unresolved, and CBSA has not provided an estimated time for resolution. The disruption continues to impact the transmission and processing of electronic pre-arrival and manifest data.

Please be advised that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is currently experiencing a system-wide outage affecting their EDI and eManifest portals.
As a result, there may be delays in processing shipments moving into Canada from the United States. CBSA is advising that there is no estimated time of resolution.
